• All original tags, labels, and packaging must be attached and intact.

• The return request must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the order.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted if:

• The original tags have been removed or damaged.

• The product has been worn, washed, altered, or used.

• The return request is made after 7 days from delivery.

Refund Process

Once the returned item is received and inspected, the refund will be processed to the original payment method or as store credit, depending on the payment method used.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item, and we will assist you promptly.
